Formulated and evaluated alternate acquisition structures, including long term lease, installment sale, and sale with seller financing, and formulated financing plan to fund City acquisition.*
Konover/I-95 Development, Fort Lauderdale, FL - Assisted City of Fort Lauderdale in evaluating and implementing the assemblage and disposition of 18 acre redevelopment area. Services included cost-benefit analysis of public land assemblage, including detailed estimates of City tax and fee revenues, strategic planning, RFP preparation, proposal evaluation, and negotiation assistance for proposed $75 million, 420,000 SF office park development.
